Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and use the provided tracking link to monitor your return until it reaches our atelier for inspection.
